- Black cumin seed oil is produced from the seeds of Nigella sativa. Through cold pressing and filtration, a clear, brownish oil is extracted that has a spicy aroma and a slightly tangy taste.
Contains:
- 84% unsaturated fatty acids
- Sterols, vitamin E and essential oils
- Vitamin E
- Pantothenic acid
- Folate
- Biotin
Recommended use:
- As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily before meals with liquid.
