Description
FutuNatura's Nettle Tincture is a food supplement that provides an extract of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) in liquid form. This widespread perennial is known for its serrated leaves and has a long tradition in folk practices. The tincture contains 50 mg of nettle extract per daily serving, equivalent to 750 mg of nettle leaves. The formulation is alcohol-free and based on glycerine, making it pleasant and easy to take.
This product is also enriched with the mineral iron. Iron contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. In addition, iron supports normal cognitive function and contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Recommended dosage:
2.8 ml. Take 1.4 ml (about 35 drops or a third of a teaspoon) twice a day with sufficient water.
