Sonnentor was founded in 1988 in the Waldviertel region by Johannes Gutmann, who envisioned supporting regional organic farmers and promoting their high-quality herbs. Since its inception, the company has adopted a philosophy centred on appreciation, circular thinking, and the conviction that organic farming is the most sustainable path for our future.
