Their unique pink colour is obtained naturally from Ruby cocoa beans which are naturally pink in colour. Ruby cocoa beans are still very rare and are found mainly in Ecuador, Brazil and the Ivory Coast.
The creamy, easily melting texture makes the chocolate drops perfect as a baking ingredient and for adding to frosting and creams. Or just munch on them as a delicious chocolaty snack.
