Description
Compared to other vegetable oils, linseed oil contains one of the highest concentrations of essential polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids.
- Organic linseed in raw food quality was used for this linseed oil. The linseed seeds were cold pressed, and are rich in vitamin E as well as secondary plant substances.
- The fine, slightly nutty flavour of the oil makes it very versatile.
Recommendation:
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of the oil to yoghurts, mueslis, dips, salads, or smoothies.
- You can use 1–2 tablespoons of the oil per day.
- The oil can be used in dishes or taken by itself.

- Store the oil in the refrigerator and away from light.
- Do not heat and do not use for frying.
