Description
Experience a piece of Indian tradition in premium Demeter quality with this genuine organic whole grain Basmati rice from Davert! The long, fine grains come from a long-standing Fairtrade project and impress with their characteristic, intense aroma.
Because the valuable bran layer is preserved, you can enjoy a wonderfully fluffy texture with a subtle nutty note. Whether served with spicy curries or in colourful vegetable stir-fries, this rice brings first-class flavour straight to your kitchen!
Preparation:
- Rinse 125 g of rice until the water runs clear.
- Bring the rice to a boil in 250 ml of lightly salted water.
- Simmer with the lid closed for approx. 30–35 minutes.
