Saindhava Lavan is a classic Ayurvedic rock salt. In contrast to conventional evaporated salt, it is mined by hand and is not blasted or refined. This gentle extraction process preserves the natural components of the original salt crystal and trace elements, which is also reflected in the slightly greyish hue of the ground mineral salt. Free from artificial anti-caking agents and other additives, this pure, natural product is perfect for seasoning daily meals.

Ideal as a table salt for seasoning dishes. It can also be used for making brine, for nasal rinses with a neti pot or for hot compresses.
