Cold-pressed linseed oil is a real treasure: the thick oil contains more omega-3 fatty acids than some types of fish oil! It also provides a lot of vitamin E and even more unsaturated fatty acids - this oil can therefore be recommended to every nutrition-conscious connoisseur. Linseed oil can be drizzled on baked potatoes with sour cream, salads and soups and can also be added to spreads and dips.
