Description
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray is gently cold-pressed using a specialised process which ensures that it retains its vital natural components, including Vitamin E and polyphenols. It has a sophisticated, peppery profile with slightly bitter undertones and delicate fruity notes. A low acidity level of less than 0.5% serves as a hallmark of the superior quality and freshness of the olives used. It is ideal for use in your air fryer, allowing you to achieve a crisp finish with fewer calories.
Directions for use:
Shake well before use. Spray from a distance of 10–15 cm onto a cold pan or directly onto your food. Pressing down for 1 second dispenses approximately 1.8 ml of oil. Press on the centre of the nozzle to dispense a standard amount or on the tip for a smaller amount.
