Description

This oil has a minimum 93% MCT content, making it virtually neutral in both taste and aroma. With a smoke point of approximately 158°C, it is the perfect choice for cold dishes or light, quick sautéing. It is also an excellent choice for the air fryer, allowing you to prepare meals with significantly fewer calories.
Uses:
With a smoke point of 158°C, it's ideal for Asian-inspired recipes, waffles, or as an ingredient in smoothies. Particularly suitable for cold dishes and quick searing.
Instructions for use:
Shake well before use and spray onto a cold pan or food from a distance of 10-15 cm.
1 second of pressure dispenses approximately 1.8 ml.
The dispenser allows for a standard dose (pressure in the middle) or a smaller dose (pressure on the tip).
