A mildly flavoured berry protein powder mixed with short and long-chain carbohydrates. In addition, the powder is enriched with the patented barley hydrolyzate VITARGO® and supplemented by the five main electrolytes sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Application:

• Suitable for before, during and after exercise.
• Drink approx. 0.5-1 litre per hour, depending on how thirsty you are and how much you lose sweat.
• If the energy requirement is very high, the concentration can be increased to 100-120 g powder per litre.

Preparation:
Dissolve 4-5 measuring spoons in 750-1000 ml of water.
