Description
This colorful pepper blend combines the best of all varieties. A peppery sharpness, fine fruit and sweet notes combine to create a diverse mixture.
Tips & Preparation
The colorful pepper mixture can be cooked according to taste or simply used for the pepper mill. In transparent mills, the mixture of black, white, red and green peppercorns looks very pretty. Freshly ground pepper adds a delicious flavor to almost everything, but is a must on fresh pasta and goes well with fish, meat, rice dishes and vegetables, adding a little more body to your dish.
