Description

Orthica Orthiflor 50+ provides a harmonised selection of 6 different lactic acid bacteria cultures, which together contain 2 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per recommended daily dose. The formula is supplemented with prebiotic plant fibres such as inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which act as a source of nutrients for the microbial cultures. The recipe is aimed at people aged 50 and older.

Recommended intake:
2 capsules daily; if required, up to 4 capsules daily for short periods.

Dissolve the contents of the capsule(s) in half a glass of lukewarm water, skimmed milk or drinking yoghurt, stir and drink. Take on an empty stomach.
