Arctic Cod Liver Oil by Nordic Naturals is a high-quality oil from cod fish. This fish has a particularly high content of omega-3 fatty acids and contains EPA and DHA. With a refreshing lemon flavour. Optimised with vitamin D3.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 teaspoon daily with sufficient water with a meal. Or as directed by a doctor.
