Recommended use:

• Taken as a treatment 4 - 6 weeks): Take 3 x 10 drops over a period of 30 minutes (morning, afternoon, evening). Drop under your tongue before or after a meal. Slowly swirl the liquid in the mouth, then swallow. Follow with water.
