These natural sunflower seeds are a great source of protein, and are rich in fibre and unsaturated fatty acids and are super delicious.
TIP:
- You can easily turn the sunflower seeds into sunflower sprouts in just a few days. Simply soak the seeds in water for about 10 hours, then rinse them well until the water is clear. Then place the seeds in a sprout dish. After 8 - 10 days, you can add the sprouts to salads or sandwiches as you wish.
