Description
The get your wellbeing IRON DUO EDITION combines plant-based iron from the curry leaf with organic iron in the form of iron bis-glycinate. The formula is supplemented with natural vitamin C from amla and camu camu. The combination of ingredients is carefully harmonised and is ideal as a daily supplement to a healthy diet.
IRON DUO EDITION is characterised by its well-tolerated composition and offers a gentle alternative to conventional iron salt preparations.

Recommended dose:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. Best taken on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after a meal. Avoid consuming coffee or black tea at the same time.
