Description

This product combines two selected minerals in a single daily serving. The formula provides 400 mg magnesium and 400 mg potassium per tablet. It is complemented by the trace elements zinc, iron and chromium, as well as vitamins B6 and B12.

Recommended intake:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and sufficient liquid. Swallow whole. If required, the tablet can also be divided into two halves.

Notes:

  • Amounts of magnesium above 250 mg may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
  • People with kidney or heart conditions should consult their doctor before taking potassium.
