Description
Optima Naturals Glucomannano Puro Capsules provide a high-quality food supplement based on pure glucomannan. Glucomannan is a plant-based, water-soluble fibre with strong swelling properties.
- Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules before each meal, up to a maximum of 6 capsules per day, equivalent to 3 g glucomannan daily. The capsules must be taken with 1 to 2 glasses of water each time to ensure that the glucomannan reaches the stomach safely.
Important note:
As glucomannan expands considerably when it comes into contact with liquid, there is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or if taken with insufficient liquid. The product must be taken with plenty of water.
