Hair protection capsules combine the following ingredients:

300mg inactive brewer's yeast
70mg silica
46mg L-methionine
5.02mg zinc in the form of zinc gluconate
0.33mg copper in the form of copper orotate
0.05mg biotin

The capsule is made of hard gelatine (BSE/TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatine).

Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with plenty of liquid and food.
Can be used as a treatment for at least 3 months.

Note for allergy sufferers:
Contains yeast and gluten.
