These capsules contain 150 mg of alpha-lipoic acid in a hard gelatin capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid, also called thioctic acid, is a vitamin-like endogenous substance that occurs mainly in tissues with intense energy metabolism.

Racemic alpha-lipoic acid is synthetically produced and is solvent-free.
The gelatin used in the hard gelatin capsules is BSE / TSE approved pharmaceutical gelatin.

Recommended use:

Adults: Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid

Note:

Mannitol can be laxative if consumed excessively
