Method of preparation: Mix the contents of the pack with 260 ml of boiling water and let rest for 15 minutes. Mix well again and form teaspoon-sized balls with moistened hands to make about 16 balls. Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown on all sides.

Tip: Falafels are very flavourful and taste great with a cooling yoghurt dip. Mix yoghurt, a little olive or sesame oil and fresh, finely chopped herbs - done! You can replace the yoghurt with a vegan alternative made from soy or coconut.
