Description
Saccharomyces boulardii is a symbiotic yeast strain related to the brewer's or baker's yeast S. cerevisiae, which does not settle permanently in the intestine but only passes through. S. boulardii produces lactic acid, some B vitamins, enzymes and amino acids.

Recommended use:
- Take 3 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
