Description
These capsules are filled with ultra-finely ground Reishi mushroom powder. The mushrooms are gently dried and processed. The Reishi mushroom is originally from China, but it has also been used in Japan for millennia to make tea, among other things. The high dosage in the capsules is perfect for daily use.
Recommended dose:
Take 2 capsules twice a day with sufficient water, preferably on an empty stomach, i.e. around 30 minutes before or at least 2 hours after a meal.
