This bath salt is guaranteed free of aluminium and is perfect for foot baths, full baths or oral use. It is made of high-quality baking soda and is free of additives. It's great for a peaceful break from your everyday life.

Recommended use on the skin:

• Add 200 g for a full bath (80 to 100 litres of water) and 40 to 50 g for a foot bath (about 4 litres of water).
• Bath time: at least 20 minutes.
• Reduce the dose by half if you combine it with Zechsal's magnesium crystals - use 100 g for the full bath and 20 g for the footbath.
• Tip: First, mix only the magnesium crystals with the warm water and only then add the basic salts. If you mix the two at the same time it creates a reaction of air bubbles that can reduce the effect.

The recommended dose for oral administration:

• Add 2.5g (1/2 teaspoon) to a glass of water or water with lemon juice and mix.
• Take 2 times a day to take on an empty stomach or before a meal.
• Work up to the dose slowly.
