Weider's Protein 80Plus scores points with its simplicity! The 4-component protein mixture is made of casein, milk protein isolate, whey protein and chicken protein. As a result, it has an optimal amino acid composition.
Recommended use:
- Mix 30 g of powder (= 1 measuring spoon) with 300 ml low-fat milk (1.5%) and shake in a shaker to combine.
