Vilgain Creapure® Creatine - Neutral, 300 g

Recommended use:
Add 5 g (4/5 scoop) once daily to 150–250 ml of a cold drink and stir. Creatine monohydrate is insoluble in water; it dissolves well in juices or other acidic beverages.

Creatine should be taken after training along with a protein shake or at any time during the day with a meal. The total daily dose can also be divided into several smaller portions.
