Description
This gluten-free pizza base is handmade near Rome. The ingredients, including gluten-free wheat, buckwheat, and maize (corn), are sourced from local farms in the Abruzzo region. The water used in production comes from fresh high-altitude springs. Thanks to a special recipe featuring Italian olive oil, the base is airy and soft. Simply add the toppings of your choice, and enjoy the real flavours of Italy right in your kitchen.
Preparation:
Add your favourite toppings to the base and bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes at 250–330°C. Enjoy!
