Description
This flour is made from the best grains and also contains the whole wheat germ, which is filled with lots of nutrients. The finely ground flour combines faster with the other ingredients when exposed to heat, which is why this flour is perfect for preparing cakes and fine pastries made from yeast doughs, baking powder doughs, choux or sponge cakes.
