Description
Sponser's Creatine Powder is pure and 100% made of creatine monohydrate without any additives and is also vegan. The pure powder is therefore well suited for high-intensity strength and speed sports but can also be used well in the endurance area.
Application:
In high-intensity interval sports.
- Loading phase: Take a maximum of 20g creatine monohydrate for 5-7 days in 3-4 rations spread over the day, in combination with a drink containing carbohydrates.
- Maintenance phase: 3-5g daily. 2 x 1 measuring spoon = 3.3g.
- 3g per day are necessary for a positive effect.
