Description
The hyptonic, acid-free sports drink from Sponser is optimally suited for endurance sports. The practical refill pouch consists of a broad mix of carbohydrates. In addition, the powder is an optimal thirst quencher and also scores with its enriched minerals. In addition, the sports drink contains the 5 main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride, with which the powder also scores points.
Directions for Use:
Suitable for before, during or after exercise. Drink approx. 0.5 - 1 litres every hour depending on thirst sensation and sweat loss.
Preparation:
Fill drinking bottle (750ml) with cold water and add 4 measuring spoons (60g) of powder, shake and enjoy. Can also be concentrated higher for increased energy needs (remains hypotonic up to 100g per litre).
