Description
Sonnentor dried porcini mushrooms provide every dish with a delicious, incomparable mushroom flavour. The scent of porcini has a slightly smoky flavour, reminiscent of the forest. The typical mushroom flavour is quite distinct. It can be described as slightly sweet with a smoky, woody character and nuance.
