Magnesium citrate in capsule form by Raab Vitalfood - ideal for anyone who's looking for an easy way to supplement their diet with magnesium and without additives. The organically bound form filled in the vegan HPMC capsules made from vegetable cellulose. Free from colourings, fillers and preservatives.

Recommended dose:
Swallow 3 x 1 capsules daily with plenty of liquid over the course of the day. Preferably take after physical exertion.

Note:

  • May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
