Pure maca roots from Peru are used for the Raab Vitalfood Maca Extract Capsules. Maca grows at an altitude of 3,000 metres. The maca roots used for these capsules are freshly harvested and ripened in the sun, then gently chopped and processed by extraction.
- 10 kg of maca powder or 60 kg of fresh maca roots are processed to make 1 kg of maca extract.
Recommended use:
- Take 3 capsules daily in the morning or at noon with water or other liquids.
