Description
Hypericum perforatum is a member of the St. John's wort family. These types of plants used to be used for making tea many years ago. The perennial plant grows well in many parts of Europe, like in Switzerland. The plant is immediately recognisable due to its fascinating, punctiform leaves and oil glands. Its golden-yellow petals are serrated on one side and offset with black dots on the edges.
