Description
This product contains Hericium erinaceus mushroom extract, also known as Lion's Mane, in the form of a highly concentrated 12:1 extract powder. This mushroom has been traditionally highly valued in Asia for centuries. The powder form allows you to easily integrate the extract into your daily diet without having to swallow capsules.
It is easy to take - simply stir the powder into water or use it as an ingredient in smoothies, soups, and other dishes. It can even be used as an alternative to coffee.
Recommended intake:
1-3 g per day. Mix the powder in 300 ml of water and drink.
