The vegan META-CARE® Griffonia Plus capsules are rich in the natural amino acid 5-HTP obtained from high-quality Griffonia seed extract. 5-HTP is a precursor of serotonin. The formulation is enriched with roseroot extract. Roseroot, also known as golden root, is a very robust plant that grows in difficult conditions in arctic regions. Rose root is considered to be an adaptogenic plant.

Recommended dose:
Swallow 1 capsule twice daily (in the morning and at lunchtime) after a meal with liquid.
