Description
In Ayurveda, the Pitta dosha represents fire, dynamism and transformation. When this energy becomes too dominant, whether due to summer temperatures, spicy food or a demanding everyday routine, inner balance can noticeably begin to shift. This finely balanced herbal composition draws on the traditionally cooling properties of amalaki and winter melon (Benincasa hispida). Complemented by refined spices such as saffron, cardamom and nutmeg, the formula is designed to help gently balance excess heat from an Ayurvedic perspective. It supports Agni harmoniously without intensifying it.
Recommended dosage: Take 10 g twice a day, around 1/2 hour before a meal with warm milk.
