Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 60 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
- Gently heat the tea before drinking.
