500 mg L-lysine per tablet

  • L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that can not be self-produced by the human body and must therefore be absorbed from food in sufficient quantities.
  • An adult requires about 1 to 1.5 g lysine per day.
  • Lysine occurs mainly in animal protein, such as milk, eggs, fish and meat protein.
  • It is also contained in small amounts in buckwheat.

  • Take 1 daily with a meal or a glass of water.
