Description
Organic Konbu by bioasia consists of aromatic kelp and a flavourful ingredient for various Asian dishes.
It can be added to soup, broth and infusions and adds a unique depth of flavour and an appetising aroma. It is also the star ingredient in homemade dashi, the soul of every authentic Japanese soup.
This konbu is sourced from certified organic cultivation and is carefully harvested and processed. Add a special flavour to vegetable broths, stews and fragrant infusions - the culinary possibilities are endless!
Prepaing an aromatic broth:
- Add 1 g (approx. 1 tbsp) of konbu to 1 litre of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove and discard the konbu.
