KAL Energy Magnesium - Magnesium Malate

Energy Magnesium - Magnesium Malate by KAL is a powder that can be easily dissolved in water and supplies 325 mg magnesium per serving. Magnesium malate is magnesium that is bound to malate, the salt of malic acid.
This magnesium compound contributey to normal energy metabolism and fatigue reduction.
The powder is vegan and non-GMO. With a fruity raspberry and lemon flavour.

Recommended dose:

• Dissolve 1 teaspoon (4.5 g) of powder in around 1/2 cup of hot water.
• Then add more hot or cold water until it is a total of around 350 ml and stir until the powder dissolves completely.
• Or: Add the powder to 350 ml of water and stir for longer until it dissolves.
• Drink immediately.

May have a laxative effect.
