Only pure whey is used for the Whey Zero. 8 essential and 10 additional amino acids make the powder a real hit. The whey was very gently air dried which is crucial for a high purity whey isolate and concentrate.
Recommoned use:
- Add 50 g of the powder (about 4 heaped tablespoons) and 250 ml of cold water to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Drink 1-4 servings daily. Enjoy before workouts or competitions, after training and at bedtime.
