- The nectar for this Acacia honey is collected by bees in the natural forests of Hungary and Romania. Acacia honey comes from the locust tree known as the "false acacia". In early summer, the white flowers of these trees envelop the forests in a bewitching scent that bees simply cannot resist. The light, liquid acacia honey has a light, lovely flavour that is also irresistible!
