FutuNatura Organic Psyllium Husks, 200 g

Psyllium is also called Indian plantain or Plantago ovate. The seeds of this plant are valued primarily for their fibre. Perfect as a sugar-free alternative.

Consumption recommendation: take a maximum of 5 teaspoons (12.5g) daily

• Add 1-2 teaspoons (2.5-5 g) of plantain peels to a cup (250 ml) of water, juice, tea, yoghurt, porridge, soup or muesli
• Wait a few minutes for the plantain to swell
• Drink enough after ingestion

Tips:

• Plantain should be taken at least 1 hour before taking any medication or dietary supplement
• Upon contact with water, the fibres swell and a gel-like substance forms, which can also be used to thicken food, e.g. fresh desserts
