Description
Omega-3 Plus 1000 mg is formulated with high-quality fish oil that has been purified by molecular distillation. Each softgel contains 35% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 25% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) supplemented with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
According to EU health claims regulations, a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. Additionally, a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to normal heart function.
Recommended intake:
1-4 capsules per day with sufficient water - ideally, 2 capsules twice a day with a meal.
Please note:
- The daily combined intake of DHA and EPA must not exceed 5 g (5000 mg).
- Those who are pregnant or nursing should consult a doctor before use.
