Hemp Protein Powder

The powder is made from pressed hemp seeds. Hemp protein contains more than twice as much protein as beef and all the essential amino acids.Due to its high bioavailability hemp protein is a perfect protein supplier. In addition, it has a high content of fibre and iron.

Application: Mix 2-3 tablespoons in a glass with soy, hemp or rice milk or as an addition to a smoothie. Can also be added to vegetable dishes with sauce.

1 glass oat or almond milk
1 tablespoon lucuma powder
2 teaspoons chia seeds

Mix all ingredients, let sit for 10 min. stirring occasionally. Enjoy daily before doing sports.
