Description
Ghee is essential for cooking Ayurvedic dishes! Since it is lighter than standard butter, it is more easily absorbed by the body. It can also be stored at room temperature. For traditional dishes, ghee is usually warmed for a short time before use to bring out its flavour.
Ideal for:

- Roasting
- Cooking
- Steaming
Please note:
- Ghee is a natural product. At room temperature, it may be partly solid, and partly LIQUID. Grainy particles can be caused by a fat crystallization process that is characteristic of the product. This does not change the quality of the product.
