Description
Shallaki - Boswelia serrata - is well-known by the name frankincense. The bark is used in the Ayurvedic diet.
- It is gently (below 40°C) ground to fine powder and mixed using traditional methods and originates from Fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.
Incense grows in dry countries like India, Africa and Saudi Arabia and can reach a height of up to 8 meters. The incense has been used for millennia in traditional Indian medicine.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 x 4 capsules twice a day between meals with warm water.
