Description
FiberFRESH powder dissolves quickly in water to make a drink with a light and refreshing natural lemon flavour sweetened with stevia. In addition to psyllium fibre, it contains a carefully balanced blend of electrolytes: magnesium, potassium, sodium, and chloride. The psyllium husks give it a pleasant, slightly gel-like consistency. Easy to prepare, free from artificial additives and with a refreshing natural taste, it is the perfect drink that can be effortlessly integrated into your daily routine.
Directions for use:
- Mix one heaped measuring spoon (9 g) with 250 ml of cold water.
- Always put the powder into an empty glass first, then add the water.
- Stir vigorously and drink right away.
Note: FiberFRESH contains natural fibre that thickens quickly upon contact with water. It is therefore best to consume the drink immediately after mixing.
